ASTM D4945 Pile Integrity Testing Dynamic Load Testing of piles PDA Pile Dynamic Analyzer Tester Pile Driving Machine Pile Driving Analyzer

High strain dynamic load testing for drilled shafts and bored piles. The Pile Dynamics Analyzer - Dynamic Load Tester was designed specifically for quality assurance testing of drilled shafts and bored piles.  The PDA allows for multiple configurations of  force measurement.  The system acquires data from accelerometers and strain transducers attached to a pile or shaft so that High Strain Dynamic Tests (ASTM D4945) may be performed.

The PDA measures strain and acceleration under a dynamic impact and then evaluates shaft integrity and investigates driving stresses and hammer energy during pile installation. In addition the capacity of several piles can be tested in one day at typically 10 times less cost than for a single conventional static test.
