Non-Invasive Inspection with Zero Chemical Footprint
Traditional well diagnostics often involve dye tracers, chemical cleaners, or radioactive markers. The GYGD-IV requires no chemicals, no tracers, and no additives. It simply looks. This zero-chemical-footprint approach eliminates the risk of accidentally introducing contaminants into aquifers or soils. For sites with strict no-discharge permits, the GYGD-IV is often the only acceptable inspection method. The system's low-energy LED illumination uses no mercury or hazardous substances, and the entire unit is RoHS and REACH compliant.

Verification of Annular Seal Integrity
A common environmental failure point is the annular seal between the casing and the borehole wall. A leaking seal can allow surface contaminants to migrate down the annulus to groundwater.
