Application:
JDL-300 water well drilling rig is a highly efficient, versatile drilling rig, mainly used in well drilling, irrigation, pile hole, geothermal and air conditional holes etc. It is especially used for water intake from mountainous and rocky formation. Efficiency is 10 times higher than traditional hammer drilling rig to make great benefits. JDL-300 can be used in various soil formation such as hard rock, gravel and pebble bed, also operated with water and air drilling.
MAIN FEATURES:
1, JDL-300 drills hole with mechanism, other parts are operated with hydraulic transmission to use the power and reduce drilling cost.
2, More grades of forward rotation(14-500 rounds/min), torque(13428-250N.m)
3, Two grades of reverse rotating speed to deal with accidents.
4, Long-stroke multi-speed rig mechanism, mechanical power head(stroke 3400mm) are used for improving drilling efficiency and reducing block and burning on bits.
5, It is equipped with double oil pumps, drills with single pump, lifts bits with with double pumps, with less power consumption and time.
6, Advanced and well-distributed structure for good maintenance.
7, Some functional interfaces are designed for users' various demand.
8, Crawler chassis is used with landing legs(1.5m cylinder stroke) which can be automatically loaded for convenient carry.
