Product Description
GD-Z4 is an ellectric magnetoterric geophysical equipment used passive energy sources to map geologic structures. Since it consists only of a main unit, transmitter, cable, and magnetic rod, relatively simple to lay out, it can work in terrible terrains, especially in moutain areas. By measuring both the naturally fluctuating electric and magnetic fields at the Earth's surface, it can detect more than 1,000 meters. MT method inherit the high resolution advantages of traditional resistivity methods, while also breaking through their depth limitations. It is most suitable instrument for deep geothermal, water source, hydrocarbon and mineral exploration.
* High resolution:
Adopting 32A/D converter and its maximum sampling rate reaches up to 192 ksps.
* Large exploration depth:
The maximum depth it can detect is more than 1,000 meters.
* Both natural and artificial sources can be used:
It can using naturial sources to carry out large depth(more than 1000 meters) survey, as well as aritifical sources(high power transmitter) to carry out shallow surface(within 1000 meters).
* Real-time mapping:
Collecting and calculating apparent resistivity, electromagnetic field power spectrum, phase, correlation at the same tien, and generate apparent resistivity and apparent phase profiles.
* Both scalar and tensor data can be measured:
It can carry out 1D/2D/3D survey based on users project requirement.
