To obtain near the top of a foundation impacted by a hammer or drop weight, high strain dynamic testing system consists of estimating soil resistance and its distribution from force and evocity measurements. It is significantly faster and less expensive than conventional static test methods. Many piles may be tested on a given project in a short period of time at modest cost.
