  GD-XRD100 is designed for structural characterization of materials ranging from powders, amorphous and polycrystalline materials to epitaxial multilayer films. It has great precision and intelligent enough to be used very easily.

  Equipped with analysis software to help analyze measurements, view data, and convert data, as well as to transfermation and management.
* Supports the creation of individual user accounts, allowing users to freely adjust inspection configurations to meet their specific needs, as well as save configurations and batch programming.
* Users can observe the whole analysis process. The visible glass can effectively shield X-rays, with the protection of automatic cut-off in the test process, safety interlocking device, the sample compartment is closed after the closure belongs to the fully closed performance. The operating interface has a sample compartment closed prompt function.
