The GD-F89 fluorescence spectrophotometer is a valuable precision analytical instrument, mainly used to detect the fluorescence properties of substances. Its working principle is based on the phenomenon of photoluminescence, which is to illuminate the sample to be tested by emitting light of a specific wavelength through an excitation light source. The molecules in the sample absorb the energy of photons and are excited to a high energy state, and then emit fluorescence in the process of returning to the ground state. The instrument accurately measures parameters such as the intensity, wavelength and lifetime of the fluorescence. Based on these data, researchers can not only qualitatively identify substances, determine their composition and structure, but also perform quantitative analysis through the correlation between fluorescence intensity and substance concentration. In the biomedical field, it helps detect the interaction of biomolecules and drug metabolism; in materials science, it is used to study the luminescence properties of new fluorescent materials; in environmental monitoring, it can detect trace pollutants. High precision and high reliability: The horizontal slit optical design has excellent luminescence detection efficiency and ultra-high signal-to-noise ratio, high sensitivity, and the Raman peak signal-to-noise ratio of water is greater than 350:1 (P-P) or 1500: (RMS); 18000:1 (BG). When using a standard 10mm square sample cell, only 0.5mml sample volume is required to meet the test requirements. Fast scanning speed and high sensitivity: The wavelength scanning speed can reach 60000nm/min, and the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum scanning of the sample can be easily achieved within 1 minute, and the fluorescence characteristics of the sample can be fully understood. It has 17-speed multi-speed gain continuous adjustment (0-1000V).
Core components: The instrument's xenon lamp light source and photomultiplier tube detector and other key components are all high-quality original components from Hamamatsu (HAMAMATSU) of Japan. The 150W high-intensity, long-life (more than 2000 hours) de-ozonizing gas lamp and R928 red-sensitive photomultiplier tube from Hamamatsu, and the French imported grating for the light shed provide sufficient light intensity signal and detection sensitivity for the instrument in the spectral range of 200nm to 900nm.
