Bored piles are widely used in construction and foundation engineering projects to provide strong and stable structural support. Accurate measurement of the diameter of these piles is essential to ensure their quality and adherence to design specifications. To address this need, specialized instruments such as the 1m, 2m, and 3m diameter bored pile caliper testers, large borehole diameter systems, and 4-arms mechanical borehole caliper systems have been developed. These pile diameter testing instruments play a crucial role in assessing the integrity and dimensions of bored piles.
For larger diameter piles, the large borehole diameter system is employed. This system utilizes advanced technology and robust construction to accurately measure the diameter of boreholes or large-diameter piles. It consists of a specialized caliper tool that is lowered into the borehole or pile, and measurements are taken at various depths to determine the diameter profile. This system is particularly useful for assessing the uniformity and consistency of the pile diameter along its entire length.

The probe has four detecting arms for measuring the hole diameter. The arms are tightened by an arm bounding box. Put down the arm bounding box to the bottom of arm opening box before the probe going underground. The arms will be opened when the probe reach the bottom of the well(Details see the operation instruction).

(2)Switching sequence of Controller: to plug in power first,then turn on controller, the industrial computer starts automatically and log-in the system. Please turn off the industrial computer system first, then turn off the controller. Force directly off the controller will damage the industrial computer, the resulting damage is not within the scope of the warranty.
(3) Connect it to the power supply. Turn on the power switch the instrument will be in a ready condition.
