GDL-PA4 is an integrative seismic observation instrument which integrates functions of acceleration Induction, acquisition, save, data transmission and detection. A 24-bit acquisition device, a force-balance accelerometer, a data save unit, a network communication unit, and a GPS time-service timing unit are built in GDL-PA4.
The force-balance accelerometer is applicable to induce the tri-axial vibration acceleration signals. switch the vibration signals into voltage signals according to proportion, and then transmit the signals to realize vibration measurement; the force-balance accelerometer includes three acceleration sensors in north-south, east-west and vertical directions. and the three sensors are mutually independent and orthogonal.
The acquisition device is applicable to collect the voltage signals transmitted from the sensors, including three fully- balanced difference channels with high resolution, high dynamic range and fast real-time data stream transmission; the acquisition device has high precision of timing and punctuality; meanwhile, real-time data of multiple sampling rates can be obtained through network; when sampling on the point 50, the dynamic range can achieve 138dB.
An industrial-grade CF card memorizer with large capacity and wide temperature range is built in the acquisition device, so that it can record continuous data, event data and calibration data for a long time, wherein in order to describe the macro seismic calibration details, the macroseismic calibration data can be recorded by the acquisition device at 500-point sampling rate. The data of multiple sampling rates can be simultaneously transmitted to the network center in real time through Internet. In addition, the three-component digital strong vibration accelerometer is highly integrated, so that it has characteristics of small volume, light weight and low power consumption.
