Technology Overview

The technology employs a heavy hammer and spring energy storage system to generate impact vibrations.

 

Operation Mechanism
Upon activation, the winch rotates the chain, which lifts a pin hook connected to the heavy hammer, stretching the energy storage spring in the process.

 

Impact Process
Once the chain's pull pin reaches the driven sprocket and disengages from the heavy hammer, the hammer drops under its own weight and the tension of the spring, creating a single impact and vibration event.

 

Continuous Operation

A second pull pin on the chain then moves to a lower position to re-engage with the hammer, lifting it again and enabling continuous reciprocating impacts.
