Multifunctional Cross Hole Sonic Logging Equipment Cross Hole Ultrasonic System
Product Description
The GTS-S1206 pile ultrasonic multi-tube tracking instrument is based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic waves in concrete. When an ultrasonic detection tube is embedded in the pile and an ultrasonic transducer is placed in the tube, the ultrasonic wave generated by the transmitting transducer will propagate in the concrete, and the receiving transducer will receive the signal. By analyzing the acoustic parameters such as the acoustic time, amplitude, and frequency of the ultrasonic wave propagating in the concrete, it is possible to determine whether there are defects inside the pile and the location and extent of the defects.
Application
1. Ultrasonic transmission method for pile integrity testing;
2. Concrete crack depth testing;
3. Concrete ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method strength testing;
4. Geological survey rock mass longitudinal wave velocity testing;
5. Tunnel rock mass loose zone detection;
6. Non-metallic material dynamic elastic parameters testing.
Main Features
1.Comprehensive detection: The entire cross section of the pile can be fully inspected, and various defects inside the pile body can be effectively detected, such as honeycombs, pits, cavities, mud inclusions, fractures, etc.
2.Accurate results: Through comprehensive analysis of multiple acoustic parameters, the test results are relatively accurate and reliable, and can provide a scientific basis for the quality assessment of the pile.
3.Non-destructive: It is a non-destructive testing method, which does not damage the pile structure and does not affect the normal use function of the pile.

Precautions
1.Measuring point arrangement: The distance between measuring points should generally not be greater than 250mm. The measuring points should be increased near the sudden change of the pile cross section, the pile bottom and the suspicious points to ensure that the pile condition can be fully reflected.
2.Measurement operation: When placing the ultrasonic transducer into the acoustic detection tube, it should be in close contact with the tube wall. At the same time, the transmitting transducer and the receiving transducer should be at the same level and raised and lowered synchronously to avoid tilting or colliding with the acoustic detection tube.
3.Signal acquisition: When collecting signals, the environment should be kept quiet to avoid external interference to ensure that the collected ultrasonic signals are clear and stable. If the signal is abnormal, the cause should be analyzed in time and re-measured.
4.On-site records: Detailed records of various parameters during the detection process, such as measuring point depth, sound time, amplitude, frequency, etc., as well as special conditions on site, such as abnormal conditions of the acoustic detection tube and concrete appearance, provide a complete basis for subsequent data analysis.
