  GD-M1000 is an advanced precise industrial metal and alloy components printer. Equipped with 10 sets of 500W lasers and galvanometer systems, its printing speed can reach up to 300 cm³/h. Besides, we have self-developed the powder and bi-directional powder spreading mechanism, "high-efficiency 3D printing method + multi-laser lap control technology", which can realize the consistency and stability of the mechanical properties of the printing lap area. The mechanical properties of the lap area are not less than 99% of the single-laser area, and the consistency of the mechanical properties of the full-width area does not differ by more than 5%.
  With the increasing demands of complex and precise metal components, a stable and efiicient plays more and more important in medical, aerospace, mold, energy, electronics, and automotive industries.
