All-in-one multifunctional Ultrasonic hole and groove detector Drilling Hole Quality Testing

 

An ultrasonic hole quality detector based on the principle of ultrasonic reflection and widely used to detect hole diameter, hole depth, verticality and sediment thickness. Multiple models are available.

Working Principle
Based on the ultrasonic reflection principle, the transducer of the instrument emits ultrasonic waves, which are reflected on the hole wall or slot wall and received by the receiving transducer. By measuring the propagation time and amplitude of ultrasonic waves in the medium, the geometric parameters such as the hole diameter, verticality, hole depth, and quality indicators such as the flatness and density of the hole wall or slot wall are calculated.
