Product Description

The L20 blasting vibration monitor satisfies all needs of blasting vibration recording, including mining, pile driving, Tunnel construction, demolition blasting and so on. It is rugged, reliable and very easy to use. You can view peak vibration and frequency immediately on the LCD screen after each event occurs. You can also analyse every blasting vibration event with the computer software.

Working Principle

The vibration signals generated by the explosion are mainly sensed by the built-in high-sensitivity vibration sensors. These sensors can convert mechanical vibrations into electrical signals. For example, when the vibration wave caused by the explosion propagates to the sensor, the sensitive elements in the sensor (such as piezoelectric crystals, etc.) will produce charge changes due to the pressure or acceleration of the vibration, thereby outputting weak electrical signals related to the vibration intensity and frequency.

Function

1.Simple installation and operation: The instrument is easy and convenient to install. Users only need to follow the instructions to complete the installation of the probe and the connection of the instrument. At the same time, it is equipped with an 8-key tactile keyboard and an intuitive menu-based operation interface, which can be easily operated without professional training, saving on-site preparation time and labor costs.
2.Portable design: It adopts a compact and lightweight design, with a built-in rechargeable sealed lithium battery, and a battery life of 24 hours of continuous operation. It is easy to carry to different blasting sites for monitoring, and is not limited by the on-site power supply, which improves the applicability and flexibility of the instrument.
3.Network connection: Supports WiFi and RJ45 network interfaces, which can be connected to a computer or remote server. Users can remotely control the monitor through the network away from the blasting site, such as setting monitoring parameters, starting or stopping monitoring, etc., which greatly improves the convenience and flexibility of monitoring.
4.Multi-channel acquisition: Equipped with multiple channels, it can connect multiple sensors at the same time to achieve synchronous acquisition of vibration data from multiple measuring points, and comprehensively monitor the changes in blasting vibration at different locations.
5.Multiple recording modes: It has automatic cycle recording and manual segmented recording functions. It can not only automatically and continuously record vibration data during the blasting process, but also manually control the start and end of recording according to user needs, flexibly meeting the monitoring needs of different blasting operations.
