The gyro inclinometer, composed of a three-axis fiber optic gyroscope and a three-axis MEMS accelerometer, adopts inertial measurement technology based on the strapdown principle. By measuring the angular velocity and gravity acceleration of the earth, the parameters such as well inclination angle, azimuth angle, and tool face angle are calculated.
