High Accuracy 0.05ppm Single Frequency Machine Tool Calibration Laser Interferometer
  We all know that light is an electromagnetic wave that has all the properties of a wave, including the characteristic phenomenon of interference. When two laser waves are superimposed in space, they will interfere and form light and dark interference fringes. The position of these interference fringes depends on the phase difference between the two laser waves. Therefore, by measuring the positions of the interference fringes, the phase difference between the two laser waves can be determined, and the information to be measured can be derived.
  The whole process is stable and it is non-contact measurement, which will not casue any damage to samples. Laser interferometer is a high-precision(ppm), non-contact, real-time, multi-functional and high-stability measuring instrument, which is widely used in a variety of fields.
