Geo Borehole Slope Indicator Foundation Pit Inclinometer Borehole inclinometer for Sale
An borehole slope inclinometer system includes inclinometer casing, and a portable probe, control cable, and readout. Inclinometer casing is permanently installed in a near-vertical borehole that passes through a zone of suspected movement. The probe, cable, and readout are used to survey the casing.
The first survey establishes the baseline profile of the installed casing. Subsequent surveys will reveal changes in the profile if ground movement has occurred. Plotting these changes reveals the rate, depth, and magnitude of ground movement.
GDY-1 includes an inclinometer probe, control cable, a Bluetooth reel, a cable gate, the Gold Reader app for certified Android-based phone, and Gold software that runs on Windows.
Borehole surveying is the measurement of a borehole's direction under the surface. Boreholes can deviate considerably from the original plan, depending on factors like rock formations, drilling parameters and depth of the borehole. In order to find out and calculate the trajectory of the borehole, it is necessary to do borehole surveying.
Inclinometers are widely used around the world to monitor the deformation of slopes, embankments, dams, foundation pits and tunnels. By measuring the inclination angle of a sensor probe at different locations inside a casing, we're able to obtain data of soil displacement in vertical or horizontal direction. An inclinometer kit consists of a sensor probe, a mark cable and a datalogger.
The inclinometer casing is usually installed in a vertical drilling hole through the unstable soil layer to the lower stable soil layer. The first observation can establish the initial section of casing movement, based on which the magnitude, direction and speed of soil displacement at certain locations can be measured through subsequent observations.

The probe has a gauge length of 0.5m.
A + mark is engraved on the body of the probe.
Use this mark to orient the probe during a survey.
There are two tilt sensors inside the probe.
The A-axis sensor measures tilt in the plane of the wheels.
The B-axis sensor measures tilt in the plane perpendicular to the wheels.
When the top of the probe is tilted in the + direction,
tilt values are positive, and when the probe is tilted toward the direction,
tilt values are negative
