The main function of the RSM-COD(A) concrete overfilling tester is to measure the height of concrete pouring at the pile head during the construction of concrete piles or concrete structures. It can test underwater (dry hole) piles and concrete structures during the concrete construction process, and detect the concrete pouring height in real time; when the concrete pouring reaches a position close to the corresponding elevation, the instrument will automatically issue an early warning to slow down the pouring speed; when the concrete continues to be poured to the position corresponding to the elevation, the instrument will alarm and stop pouring.

Real-time monitoring function
Pouring height monitoring: During the concrete pouring process, the pouring height of the concrete on the top of the pile can be accurately measured in real time. Through advanced sensor technology, such as pressure sensors, ultrasonic sensors, etc., the pouring height data can be continuously obtained and intuitively displayed on the device screen, so that construction personnel can grasp the pouring situation at any time.
Concrete state monitoring: The pouring state of concrete can be monitored in real time, including parameters such as the fluidity and density of concrete. By analyzing the data collected by the sensor, it is determined whether the working performance of the concrete meets the construction requirements. Once the concrete state is abnormal, such as segregation, slump does not meet the requirements, etc., an alarm is issued in time.
Over-pouring control function
Over-pouring volume accurate control: According to the preset over-pouring height or over-pouring volume parameters, when the concrete pouring is close to the designed pile top elevation, the over-pouring volume is accurately controlled to avoid insufficient or excessive over-pouring. When the pouring reaches the set over-pouring volume, the equipment will automatically send a signal to stop pouring, effectively ensuring the quality of the concrete on the top of the pile.
Prevent under-pouring reminder: During the pouring process, if the concrete pouring speed is too fast or other reasons may lead to under-pouring, the monitor will send out an early warning signal to remind the construction personnel to adjust the pouring speed in time or take corresponding measures to ensure the pouring quality of the concrete on the pile top.
