Laser interferometer uses light waves as carriers. Its wavelength can directly define meters and can be traced back to national standards. It is a recognized high-precision and high-sensitivity measuring instrument and is widely used in high-end manufacturing.
GD6000 laser interferometer integrates optical, mechanical, electrical, computer and other technologies. The product uses imported high-performance helium-neon lasers with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours; it uses laser dual longitudinal mode thermal frequency stabilization technology to achieve high-precision, strong anti-interference ability and good long-term stability of laser frequency output; it uses high-speed interference signal acquisition, conditioning and subdivision technology to achieve a maximum measurement speed of 4m/s and nanometer-level resolution; it uses a high-precision environmental compensation module to achieve automatic compensation of laser wavelength and material; it uses a high-performance computer control system and software technology, supports Chinese, English and Russian languages, and has a friendly human-machine interface, wizard-style operation process, and simplified record management.
The GD6000 laser interferometer system has a variety of modular components, and different components can be selected according to specific measurement requirements. The main mirror groups are listed in the figure below, which are linear mirror group, angle mirror group, straightness mirror group, verticality mirror group, flatness mirror group, and automatic precision turntable.
The laser emits a single frequency beam into a linear interferometer, which is then split into two beams. One beam (reference beam) is directed to a reflector connected to a beam splitter, while the second transmitted beam (measurement beam) passes through the beam splitter and is directed to a second reflector. The two beams are then reflected back to the beam splitter, and then reconverge and return to the laser. A detector monitors the interference between the two beams (see figure). If the optical path difference does not change, the detector will find a stable signal between the two poles of constructive and destructive interference.

High precision
GD6000 laser interferometer takes interference technology as its core, and its light wave can directly define meters. It adopts laser dual longitudinal mode thermal frequency stabilization technology to achieve high-precision, strong anti-interference ability, and good long-term stability of laser frequency output; it adopts high-precision environmental compensation module to achieve automatic compensation of laser wavelength and material; the interferometer is separated from the host to avoid the influence of heat on the interferometer, ensuring the stability and reliability of the interference optical path.
