Blasting Seismograph For Ground Vibration Monitoring
1.It mainly senses vibration signals through built-in sensors. Piezoelectric accelerometers are usually used, which work based on the piezoelectric effect. When the vibration generated by the explosion is transmitted to the sensor, the piezoelectric crystal inside the sensor is subjected to pressure and generates a charge signal proportional to the vibration acceleration.
2.These charge signals are amplified and filtered through a series of signal processing circuits to amplify and purify the weak electrical signals, remove interference factors such as noise, and then convert the analog signals into digital signals through analog-to-digital conversion (A/D), and finally stored in the storage medium of the instrument for subsequent analysis and processing.

Mining blasting engineering: In the mining process, blasting is a common method of ore mining. Blasting vibration meter can monitor the impact of each blasting operation on the tunnel support structure, ore transportation equipment and nearby mountain stability in the mine. For example, in underground mining, by monitoring blasting vibration, tunnel collapse and equipment damage can be prevented to ensure the safety of mine production.
