Product Description

Blasting Seismograph For Ground Vibration Monitoring

Product Description
Blasting Seismograph for Ground Vibration Monitoring
GD20-S is used to monitor vibration parameters caused by blasting operations. In fields involving blasting construction such as mining, building demolition, and geotechnical engineering, it can accurately record key physical quantities such as vibration velocity, acceleration, and displacement generated by blasting.

Working Principle

1.It mainly senses vibration signals through built-in sensors. Piezoelectric accelerometers are usually used, which work based on the piezoelectric effect. When the vibration generated by the explosion is transmitted to the sensor, the piezoelectric crystal inside the sensor is subjected to pressure and generates a charge signal proportional to the vibration acceleration.

2.These charge signals are amplified and filtered through a series of signal processing circuits to amplify and purify the weak electrical signals, remove interference factors such as noise, and then convert the analog signals into digital signals through analog-to-digital conversion (A/D), and finally stored in the storage medium of the instrument for subsequent analysis and processing.

Application
Mining blasting engineering: In the mining process, blasting is a common method of ore mining. Blasting vibration meter can monitor the impact of each blasting operation on the tunnel support structure, ore transportation equipment and nearby mountain stability in the mine. For example, in underground mining, by monitoring blasting vibration, tunnel collapse and equipment damage can be prevented to ensure the safety of mine production.
Building demolition blasting: In urban building demolition, blasting demolition is an efficient demolition method. However, there are a large number of other buildings, underground pipelines and transportation facilities around buildings in urban environments. Blasting vibration meter can monitor the impact of vibration generated by demolition blasting on the surrounding environment, ensure that the demolition operation meets safety standards, avoid damage to adjacent buildings, and ensure public safety.
Geotechnical engineering blasting: In geotechnical engineering construction, such as the construction of roads, railways, water conservancy projects, etc., it is often necessary to blast and excavate rocks. Blasting vibration meter can help engineers evaluate the impact of blasting vibration on the foundation, slope stability and nearby existing engineering facilities, reasonably adjust blasting parameters, optimize blasting plans, and reduce vibration hazards.
