Utilizing hydrogen-rich liquids, the WCZ-3 proton magnetometer measures magnetic fields by observing the precession of hydrogen protons. Initially, the protons are randomly arranged within the sensor. A polarization signal aligns and spins the protons. After the signal ceases, the protons gradually dephase under the influence of the external magnetic field. The frequency of the precession signal is measured to determine the magnetic field's strength. This continuous process ensures ongoing measurements. The WCZ-3 represents a new generation of magnetometers, leveraging advanced foreign designs and sophisticated technology.
