Wireless Portable Digital Borehole Inclinometer Borehole Inclination Tester Drilling Inclinometer for Sale
Product Description
The inclinometer, also known as a borehole inclinometer or a tiltmeter, is a highly precise instrument used for measuring the inclination and orientation of a borehole or wellbore. It is commonly employed in geotechnical and engineering applications to determine the vertical and horizontal deviations of the borehole.
The inclinometer consists of a probe that is lowered into the borehole and contains sensors to measure the tilt or inclination at various depths. These sensors typically utilize accelerometers or gyroscopes to detect angular changes. The data collected by the inclinometer is then used to create a profile of the borehole, providing valuable information about its alignment and any deviations.
The wireless digital compass borehole inclinometer is the latest high-end compass-type inclinometer product. The intelligent handbook of the instrument is fully upgraded, and the industrial three-proof (waterproof, dustproof, drop-proof) smart handbook is adopted. We have innovatively added high-strength shock-proof and shock-absorbing joints at the front end of the inclinometer to protect the instrument in all directions. We have also removed the physical switch of the instrument, and the user does not need to disassemble the instrument during the whole process of measuring the inclination. At the same time, the instrument also provides humanity. The accessories make it easy for customers who use different habits to operate the instrument. The instrument is suitable for non-magnetic rock formations with diameters greater than Ø46 mm and for boreholes within the borehole.

Features of Digital Borehole Inclinometer Borehole Inclination Tester
The GDP-3D kit consists of two main parts, the survey tool itself and a portable Android controller that is used to operate and present the borehole survey data. There is a lithium battery inside the probe for the survey tool to get power. To connect to the portable controller, turn on the survey tool and the controller itself, run the "Reader" App and then the program should automatically detect the GDP-3D probe and you are ready to start your survey.
The GDP-3D is a magnetic multi-shot survey tool. The electronic unit consists of three magnetometers and three accelerometers. They measure the magnetic field and gravity where the tool is placed along. The sensor data obtained during a survey is stored in the internal memory of the tool and can be downloaded vie Bluetooth when the tool is connected to the Android controller. The Power Part contains a 7.4v rechargeable lithium battery, which can be charged no less than 500 times. The adapter with an ID number
"430xxx" is used to connect a steel wire and slowly lower it down the hole. User can choose the spear-head or the screwed connector due to different rig. The endurance of the probe is about 20 hours.
