Standard Borehole Digital Inclinometer system tilt tester
Instrument Use
During or after drilling, we all want to know whether the final position or specific orientation of the well meets the design requirements. As long as you choose the JOX-1 digital inclinometer, the problem can be solved. The inclinometer can accurately provide the top angle (the angle between the drilling well axis and the vertical direction) and azimuth (the angle between the projection of the drilling well axis on the horizontal plane and the clockwise angle of the magnetic north direction) of the drilling. The use of high-precision electronic transmission sensors greatly improves the reliability of the instrument. It is essentially different from the traditional mechanical top angle and azimuth test. The inclinometer consists of a downhole probe, a cable and a ground receiving instrument, and can be used with AC220V or DC12V power supply.

3. Simple and reliable axial orientation system
4. High-precision vertex and azimuth measurement
Working principle
Two linear inclination sensors are installed inside the probe tube, and the vertex angle is calculated by the output signals of the two sensors.
The magnetic field measurement is composed of three mutually perpendicular sensors. The direction of each sensor can record the magnetic field strength in the corresponding direction of the geomagnetic field, and the sensitivity of each sensor matches the component in that direction. The axial influence is extremely small, and the sensor can distinguish 1mG. The azimuth angle can be calculated using the two components of the geomagnetic field.
Instrument use
1. The probe is used with the JQX-1 inclinometer. The vertex angle and azimuth parameters are measured in absolute values.
2. When only the vertex angle of the hole is measured (the azimuth is not measured), it can be used in any hole.
3. When the vertex angle and azimuth of the hole need to be measured at the same time, in order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the azimuth, the measured hole must be non-magnetic or far away from the magnetic anomaly section. When measuring the azimuth with high precision, point measurement (static measurement) can be selected
Application
measurement of vertex and azimuth for various types of geological drilling with non-magnetic and weak magnetic.
