GD-S36 Digital Salt Spray Test Chamber

  GD-36S is a digital salt spray test chamber to monitor oceanic climatic environments, so that to observe the impact on product quality. Adopting direct steam heating method, the temperature rises fastly and evenly, which will reduce standby time.The nozzle is made of tempered glass and can be adjusted in terms of spray volume and spray angle. During the whole process, the spray spreads evenly and there's no crystallized salt blockage. Controlled by program, users can choose to do continuous salt spray (ASTM standard) or periodic salt spray (GB standard).
  Air tank is made of SUS#304 stainless steel; The body of the checker box is made of light gray PVC board; Chamber cover sealing with 5mm transparent acrylic impact-resistant plate; All of them are high temperature resistance, preventing distortion due to long-term working. It can be widely applied in quality control of components, electronic hardware, protective coatings for metal materials, and industrial products.

* With double over-temperature protection, insufficient water level warning to ensure the use of safety;
* Temperature controller using digital symbol display, PID control, error ± 0.1 ºC;
* The test chamber adopts the direct heating mode of steam, the heating speed is fast and uniform, reducing the standby time;
* Spray tower with conical disperser, with the function of guiding the mist, adjusting the mist volume and uniformly falling mist volume;
* The saturated air tank is heated and humidified using Henry's Law and provides the required humidity for the test;
*Adopting automatic/manual water filling system, the water level can be automatically replenished when the water level is insufficient, the test will not be interrupted;
* Adopting programmable control system, can choose to do continuous salt spray (ASTM standard) or periodic salt spray (GB standard);
* Precision glass nozzles (PYREX) spread the mist uniformly and fall naturally on the specimen, and ensure that there is no clogging of crystallized salt.
