North-Seeking Gyro Inclinometer Borehole Fiber Optic Gyroscope Gyroscopic Non-magnetic Multi-shot Inclinometer
Product Description
Fiber optic gyroscope inclinometer is a inclinometer that uses fiber optic gyroscope element to determine the inclination Angle of borehole. Application of fiber optic gyroscope in gyRO inclinometer: It is usually necessary to use gyro inclinometer to measure the inclinometer azimuth value in cased-well skylight and old well retest. In abnormal magnetic field areas and well sections, due to the large error of the fluxgate measurement value, gyro inclinometer is also needed to measure the azimuth value. In addition, in some specific circumstances, such as the high frequency of solar magnetic storms, or the need for a third instrument to verify the occasion, gyro inclinometer also has its unique role
Application & Features of North-Seeking Gyro Inclinometer Borehole Fiber Optic Gyroscope Gyroscopic Non-magnetic Multi-shot Inclinometer
GBY-2GW Wireless Fiber Optic North-Finder Gyro inclinometer is a new kind of digital instruments which is designed to measure the magnetic boreholes without cable. It is widely used in engineering, hydrology, water and electricity, coal, metallurgy, oil and geological areas.
GBY-2GW Digital North-Finder Gyro inclinometer integrates tilt sensor, Gyroscope and advanced microchip processor technology into a single instrument basic on the traditional technology. It offers digital display on ground controller and it is easy to operate. The GBY-2GW is designed to measure the magnetic rock bedding and mine whose diameter is larger than Ø46mm.
The gyro inclinometer consists of two main parts, the survey tool itself and an Android controller which is used to operate and present the borehole survey data. There is a lithium battery inside the probe for the survey tool to get power. To connect to the portable controller, turn on the survey tool and the Android controller, then the App should automatically detect the GDY-2GW and you are ready to start your survey. The GDY-2GW measure the self-rotation (about 15°/hour) of the earth to seek the True North. It is required to input the local latitude to calculate the Azimuth angle.
