GTS-RD1203T (B) elastic wave pile bottom cave detector is based on the cutting-edge elastic wave reflection principle to carry out detection work. The probe is ingeniously integrated with a high-power elastic wave excitation device and multiple advanced elastic wave detectors. In the actual test phase, the system can automatically trigger the emission of elastic waves by simply lowering the probe steadily to the bottom of the hole. The elastic wave will quickly rush toward the rock formation at the bottom of the hole. Once it encounters abnormal structures such as caves, cracks, and weak formations, it will be reflected back and then accurately captured by the elastic wave detector. By monitoring the dynamic changes in the intensity of the reflected signal and accurately recording the propagation time, the depth position of these abnormal structures can be accurately anchored. In addition, by flexibly adjusting the position of the probe at the bottom of the hole, all-round and multi-point detection operations can be carried out to achieve the effect of no dead angle and full coverage of the bottom hole detection, effectively ensuring that the horizontal extension range of the bottom hole cave and the vertical depth information can be fully and efficiently detected, laying a solid foundation for engineering construction.


 

Main Features

High resolution: It uses a 24-bit high-speed analog-to-digital conversion unit with super weak signal detection capabilities, and can clearly distinguish abnormal structures such as caves and cracks of different types and sizes, providing detailed and accurate detection results.
All-round detection: The built-in probe attitude sensor can adjust the probe at different positions at the bottom of the hole to conduct multi-point detection at different positions at the bottom of the hole, so as to achieve full coverage of the bottom of the hole detection and fully grasp the geological conditions at the bottom of the hole.
Non-invasive: It is a non-destructive detection technology, which does not damage the pile body and the surrounding rock and soil structure, and does not affect the normal construction and use of the project.
