Product Description

Seismograph Vertical geophone 4.5Hz without connector

Seismograph Vertical Geophone 4.5Hz Without Connector

"4.5Hz" refers to the natural frequency of the detector. This frequency characteristic makes it highly targeted in the selection of seismic wave frequency range, and has the best response effect for seismic wave signals with a frequency of about 4.5Hz. In practical applications, it can effectively filter out some high-frequency noise and interference signals, while sensitively receiving and converting seismic wave signals near this frequency, thus providing a high-quality signal source for seismic data acquisition.

Working Principle
The 4.5Hz seismic detector works mainly based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When external seismic waves cause ground vibrations, the coil inside the detector will cut the magnetic flux lines in the magnetic field, thereby generating an induced electromotive force, which in turn converts the mechanical vibration of the ground into an electrical signal. This working principle enables it to quickly and accurately capture the tiny ground vibrations caused by seismic waves and convert them into electrical signals for subsequent analysis and processing.
